Because many of our products are handmade and unique, we encourage mindful purchasing. You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:

• The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

To initiate a return, email returns@earthyelegance.co.za with your order details and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
